In another close collaboration with our friends at Foomann Architects, we worked together to sensitively extend and update a classic mid-century home while retaining its original design features. For the first-floor extension we mirrored an existing skillion roof, while robust Corten cladding was chosen to echo the façade’s warm timber details.
Detailed joinery and expansive wall space was also carefully considered inside the home to accommodate the clients’ extensive art collection.
