The Foomann Architects project required the demolition of the various renovations completed over the past 30 years & renovating the existing rooms & building of a new solid brick extension to accommodate the kitchen, dining & living areas on the ground floor & master bedroom, ensuite & walk in robe on the first floor with a first floor terrace.

Finishes included traditional Welsh Slate & Colorbond roofing, Australian Shining Gum flooring, a re enameled cast iron bath, Leto bamboo joinery by Cantilever Interiors with honed Black Indian granite benchtops, open fire place & hydronic heating, recycled bowling alley stair case landings with laser cut steel plate, exfoliated black granite paving, double glazed timber & steel framed windows, recycled pressed red bricks & recycled train carriage towel racks to bathrooms.
